Product Availability & Website Accuracy

• Whilst we make every attempt to maintain stock of every item we offer on our website, from time to time some items may be out of stock due to delays and supply issues with our suppliers and distributors. We will provide you with timely notification of any out of stock or delayed item.
• We take pride in providing you with correct and current information regarding our products, however from time to time the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Mobileciti reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such products.

Payment

• For your convenience, we offer a pickup service for local customers. Please do not pay by PayPal, Bank Deposit or Cheque if you wish to pick up your item. For Pickup we only accept Cash/EFTPOS payment. (Valid photo ID may be required for credit card transactions.)
• Please contact us on (02) 9893 8886 with your order number to arrange item for pickup.
• For Bank Cheque/ Personal Cheque/ Money order, please allow an addition 3 business days for Cheques to clear (Not recommended if item is urgent)
• For bank direct deposit, internet bank transfer and PayPal, please using the order number as payment reference.

Shipping

• Your items will be processed within 24-48 hours when full payment is received and confirmed by bank. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for the items to be delivered, however please be advised that in some cases, delivery would take up to 7 working days.
• Please make sure that the delivery address is correct before completing your payment as we only ship item to your register checkout address. You will be liable for any re-delivery fee.
• We strongly recommend for the buyer to include insurance as any lost or damaged goods without insurance would not be restored.
• We guarantee all insured orders. If your order is lost, stolen or damaged, we will ship a replacement order after the investigation complete. The investigation will be carrying out by the courier company. Investigations can take up to 4 weeks to complete. You will be informed every step of the way.
• Mobileciti is not responsible for estimated delivery times and will not be held liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise due to delivery issues.

Warranty/ Returns

• Please be noted, we act as a representative of the manufacturer, this means that the warranty contract for the product is between you and the manufacturer and this would mean that liability for any product rests with the manufacturer. In most cases this will mean that there are additional terms and conditions governing the contract as each supplier will have terms and conditions relating to that product. Please make sure that you have read these terms and conditions before completing your transaction with us.
• All products under warranty can be sent back to their manufacturer directly. Manufacturer details for return instructions and contacts can be found in our warranty page.
• It is the responsibility of the Manufacturer to repair or replace the handset – Mobileciti will not be responsible for the Warranty. But Mobileciti is happy to assist you with any warranty issues.
• Mobileciti can return faulty product to the manufacture on your behalf during warranty period. However, please be advised that we could not guarantee time frame for any warranty products during their process as this is solely determined by the manufacturer. Customers would be responsible for the return postage if they wish Mobileciti to process warranty on their behalf.
• Mobileciti reserves the right to await ELF approval from the manufacturer prior to replacing an item if we suspect the fault may be due to physical or liquid damage.
• Returned items found to be faulty due to physical or liquid damage will not be replaced/ repaired and will incur a minimum $25.00 inspection fee or subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds

• Refunds can not be issued for change of mind. Please choose carefully as refunds are not applicable to incompatibility or incorrect choice. We can exchange an item in this case; however it must be in original packaging in a sellable condition. Mobileciti reserves the right not to exchange or refund an item if it is not in original packaging or in sellable condition.
• No postage will be refunded on any returned goods. All refunds / returns may also be liable for a re-stocking fee for minimum $25 or subject to a 10% restocking fee.
