Warranty Info

Please note, Mobileciti act as a representative of the manufacturer, means that the warranty contract for the product is between you and the manufacturer and this would mean that liability for any product rests with the manufacturer. In most cases this will also mean that there are additional terms and conditions governing the contract as each supplier will have terms and conditions relating to that product. Please read Terms & Conditions carefully before claiming warranty.

Manufactures would be responsible for the warranty. But Mobileciti can offer warranty and Mobileciti is happy to assist you with any warranty issues. You are eligible for warranty ELF replacement if unit is faulty within the ELF/DOA period. Unit faulty exceeds the ELF/DOA period but within the warranty period would require to send back to manufacturer directly. Please keep your tax invoice as a proof of purchase for warranty purchase. Please see the following table for warranty ELF/DOA information and contacts.

  • Please be advised that ELF/DOA replacement only applies to mobile phone, PDA and GPS device. For all accessories and other products please contact manufacture directly for warranty return instructions.
  • If you developed a fault within the ELF/DOA period, you would need to email us for RA request.
  • If you developed a fault after the ELF/DOA period, you would need to contact manufacturer directly.
  • Mobileciti can return faulty product to the manufacture on your behalf during warranty period. However, please be advised that we could not guarantee time frame for any warranty products during their process as this is solely determined by the manufacturer. Customers would required to pay for the return postage if they wish Mobileciti to process warranty on their behalf.

Warranty/ELF Return Instructions

  1. All eligible warranty/ELF returns have to be returned with RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number.
  2. Please login to your mobileciti account with us.
  3. Go to "View My Order History"under "My Account Info".
  4. Click on the unit/s you wish to return.
  5. Click on "[Need to return this product?]" icon.
  6. Select the reason of the return, preffered refund method and put down your additional comment. In your additional comment, you shall include the detail faulty description of the unit.
  7. Submit your request after going through our warranty return policies.
  8. A RMA number will be issued to your registered email address once your application summit.
  9. Please then send the unit back to our mailing address:

          With your order number, purchase invoice and the RMA number, so we would be able to follow up. We would update the return status once your return is received by our RA Team. If the unit is faulty within the DOA period, we will replace the unit for you.  

Important information before you return your  defective units:

  1. Please ensure all units are properly packed for your return/s, and all original accessories must be returned with all products.
  2. Please ensure defective units MUST be return within 14 days from date of issue of the RA number, otherwise your return will be void.
  3. Please ensure your proof of purchase MUST be included with the return for warranty purpose. 

Warranty/ELF Return Terms & Condition

  • Any Physical Damaged and Fluid ingression are not covered under warranty. It is your responsibility that you have backed up all data of the unit before you return the unit. No responsibility will be taken for data lost during the process.
  • Mobileciti reserves the right to await ELF approval from the manufacturer prior to replacing an item if we suspect the fault may be due to physical or liquid damage.
  • Defective units have to be returned within 14 days from date of issue of the RA number, otherwise a new RA number MUST be requested.
  • A $25 service fee will apply if unit sent back is found not faulty. Returned items found to be faulty due to physical or liquid damage will not be replaced/ repaired and will incur a minimum $35 inspection fee.
  • All shipping cost incurred when sending products for return are at customer's expense.
  • Please insure all accessories are all included with the package with the phone when you return.
  • Proof of purchase must be attached with the returned unit.
  • For cancellation of orders or incorrect purchases, units have to be returned within 3 working days after issue of RA number or otherwise return will be rejected.
  • Fail to fulfill with Terms and conditions and the return requirement check list will be automatically rejected.
